Cancellation and Refund Policy

We at Justdun works one-step ahead for User Satisfaction to achieve User Delight. We have a user-centric approach as far as our cancellation and refund policy is concerned. We have devised a simple, fair, consistent and comprehensive cancellation, refund and return policy that are universally applicable to all the customers, vendors and clients (individually or collectively, the “user” or “users”), regardless of who they are or how often they avail our product and service. However, we might make exceptions to our policy terms in case of emergencies, bulk orders, personal requests or VIP clients, in our sole discretion.
No-shows, non-performance, inappropriate deliveries and last-minute cancellations can be a real pain for our users as it may cause loss of business, time or money. That's why we feel it’s important to have a clear cancellation, return and refund policy in place. For cancellation, return and refund processes, you can avail the 24 hours enabled push button facility in the order section or write to our customer support help centre on Monday to Saturday from 8 AM to 10 PM and on Sunday from 10AM to 7PM

Cancellations by Service Based Users

Users are entitled to cancel the bookings in the following scenarios:

a) Before the order is confirmed Where the user terminates the booking before it has been approved by the vendor, then no cancellation fee shall be applicable.

b) On the day of booking confirmation The user can terminate the appointment within 30 minutes of the booking confirmation at no cancellation cost. Cancelling the appointment after 30 minutes of the booking confirmation may attract a cancellation fee of Rs. 25-50 which is subject to variation.

c) 24 Hours in advance of appointment The user can cancel the appointment 24 hours before the scheduled time of appointment without any cancellation charge if so, authorized by the vendor at the time of booking. However, a minimum cancellation fee of Rs 50-100 shall be attracted if the vendor accepts cancellations with cancellation cost only.

Cancellations by Product Based Users

Users are entitled to cancel the orders in the following scenarios:

a) Before the order is placed Where the user deletes or removes the item from the cart before placement of final order by customer, then no cancellation fee shall be applicable.

b) Before the shipment or transit is initiated Where the place of order initiation and delivery is within the same local limits, then the cancellation requests made within 24 business hours in advance, will not attract any cancellation charge. Where the place of order initiation and delivery is different, then the cancellation request made within 48 business hours in advance, will not attract any cancellation charge. Cancellation requests made after the prescribed time limits of 24/48 business hours shall attract a cancellation charge of Rs 25-50 which is subject to variation

c) After the shipment or transit is initiated If the user cancels the order after shipment has been processed and place of order shipment and delivery is within the same local limits, then such cancellations will attract a fee of Rs 25-50 which is subject to variation. However, where place of order shipment and delivery are different, then cancellations will be subject to a charge of Rs 50-100, if such cancellations are permitted by the vendor.

Mode of Cancellation Charge

The cancellation cost at the time of actual cancellation may vary from the cancellation cost applicable at the time of cancellation request as the cancellation charges are subject to revisions from time to time.

The mode of applicability of cancellation charges is as follows:

a) Cancellation made by vendor: Vendor shall receive their payments from the subsequent bookings or orders after deduction of cancellation charges as applicable for cancellations made by the them

b) Cancellation made by customer: Customer’s will get their refund of the amount paid (if any) net of cancellation costs. Where no amount has been paid the customer, then cancellation fee shall be added to price of their subsequent orders and bookings

Refunds for Services

General Terms for Appointments

a) Cancellations prior to the confirmation of Booking Order Where the vendor or customer cancels the booking order before it has been approved, then we shall facilitate refund of the entire amount paid (if any) by the customers through the acceptable modes of payment for return purposes as selected by the customer.

b) Cancellations 24 hours in advance of Booked Appointment When the vendor cancels an appointment well in advance i.e., at least 24 hours before the scheduled time of appointment, then customers are entitled to an automatic refund whereas when the customer cancels the appointment at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time, then we shall provide the refund only if the refund options are granted by the business vendors at the time of bookings. The refund will be made through the acceptable modes of payment for return purposes as selected by the customer.

Specific Terms for Venue Based Appointments:

a) No-show by customer When the customer neither cancels the booking or appointment nor visits the place of service provider at the scheduled time, then the customers will not be eligible to claim any refund.

b) No-service from vendor Where the vendor does not cancel the booking or appointment and on customer’s appearance, the vendor’s premise is found to be closed or vendor fails to perform the service, then refunds shall be processed by the vendor irrespective of the fact whether permitted at the time of booking or not.

Specific Terms for Home Based Appointments:

a) No-show from vendor’s end When the vendor’s service provider neither cancels the appointment nor visits the place of customer’s service at the scheduled time, then refunds shall be processed by the vendor irrespective of the fact whether permitted at the time of booking or not.

b) No-acceptance from customer’s end Where the customer does not cancel the appointment and on appearance of vendor’s service provider, the customer fails to accept the service, then the customers will not be eligible to claim any refund.

Reschedule of Appointment:

We expect our users to show up on time and as scheduled at the place of service. In general circumstances, we require a 24-hour notice in advance for rescheduling of appointments so that the users may accommodate their respective time schedules to incorporate other activities. If you arrive within a period 30 minutes of your appointment, then no rescheduling or cancellation is required. However, in exceptional circumstances or in case you are arriving late more than 30 minutes to your appointment, you are requested to reschedule the appointment.

Period of Refund:

Refunds, if any applicable shall be initiated net of discounts and cancellation fees as applicable. Promotional discount offers and vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order. Further in case of cancellations or non-performance of service, we process the refund within 7 business days after receiving the cancellation request. The processing time period is subject to change with regard to the policies of the payment gateways and customer area and place of service.

Returns for Products

General Terms of Return for Goods:

Justdun offers its users an ’Easy Return Policy’, wherein we accept full or part returns of order. However, return process will be initiated only for those products that are returnable, except for those that are explicitly identified as not returnable or those products that are eligible for returns as specified at the time of order placement or within the general return policy terms specified herein. If you have ordered multiple product items in an order, then returns can be made item-wise as well and, in such a case, return and refund process will be initiated for the specific returned items only. However, any item being returned needs to be returned in full including all the components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.
You can raise a return request of a product within 15 business days of delivery for one or all products in your order. You can place the return request through our platform for the products that are eligible for returns. Once your request is received, our executives will be responsible to pick the item from you at the scheduled pickup time. Products returned are further subject to quality checks, review and verification processes at the warehouse. We will only accept the return if the products are received in unused, appropriate, acceptable condition with their original packaging as intact. If the products received by the customer were already in an inappropriate or unacceptable state or condition at the time of delivery, i.e., the product was either different, damaged, defective, wrong, expired or otherwise improper, then return for such products will be accepted only when they are received in their original packaging, in an unused and sealed manner.

Returns will not be accepted under the following situations:

• Product has been subject to damage, defect, alteration or use while in the of possession of customer

• Original packaging including, price tags, labels, seals, barcodes, freebies and accessories is not kept as intact or found to broken or damaged

• Any item or its packaging is tampered

• Returns are not warranted by vendor itself

• Request is initiated after 15 business days of order delivery

Product categories not eligible for Return:

• Non-Returnable Products that are expressly marked for no returns in the product description

• Customized Products that are tailor made based on requirements and demand of customers

• Personal products that are meant for private use or are consumable or perishable in nature

• General Products sold in marketing campaigns, mega sale and seasonal offers

However, for the above-mentioned categories, special return policies may be applicable if permitted or authorized by vendor in the description section of product’s page on Justdun’s platform.

Refund for Products

If an order is cancelled or return is accepted, Justdun will initiate the refund of the net invoiced value in full or in part in respect of complete or partial returns as the case may be, after deducting the necessary charges for cancellation, shipping, taxes and other transaction charges.

Period of Refund:

Refunds, if any applicable shall be initiated net of discounts and cancellation fees as applicable. Promotional discount offers and vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel or return the order. Further the time limit for processing of refund is as follows:

a) For Returns:
In case of returns where the shipment has already been dispatched or where the shipment has been received by the customer, we process the refund within 7 business days after the product have been received and verified at the warehouse which may take 24 to 48 business hours

b) For Cancellations:
In case of cancellations, we process the refund within 7 business days after receiving the cancellation request. The processing time period is subject to change with regard to the policies of the payment gateways and customer area and place of service.

Modes of Refund

a) On Online Payment:
In case of prepaid transactions, where payment is made online before the final delivery or performance, through card, net banking, UPI and other acceptable modes of payment gateways, such refund will be reflected in the respective account of payment or bank account or wallet balance, based on the option chosen by the user within the processing time of refund.

b) On Offline Payment:
Where payment is made offline on delivery of service or product, through Paytm, cash, BHIM and other acceptable modes of payments we will transfer the refund to your bank account or wallet balance against such refunds amount in accordance with your billing details, based on the option chosen by the user within the processing time of refund.

c) Refund Coupon:
If opted by the customer, the refund amount can also be reimbursed to the customer in the form of a coupon or voucher, that can be applied by the customer on subsequent orders with Justdun. Such coupons may be subject to specific terms and conditions as may be applicable from time to time.
